Founded in 1973 as Wiersma-DeVries Real Estate Inc. by Arthur Wiersma and Ronald DeVries. Moving from Illinois with his wife Shirley, Randy DeVries joined the duo in 1984. Janet Dolber joined the well known local company in 1996.
In 1994, Wiersma-DeVries Real Estate Inc. merged with Prudential Prime Properties, a multi office company with locations in Maine, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Angela Dolber joined Prudential Prime Properties in 2002. We moved the office in 2005 to our present location at 971 Providence Rd., Whitinsville.
In 2014, Prudential Prime Properties announced its affiliation with Berkshire Hathaway HomeService and became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices N.E. Prime Properties. Shirley DeVries joined the company in 2014.
It is at this point we decided to return to our roots and start DeVries Dolber Realty, LLC.
